DELIVERY

Depending on the products chosen, the order processing time is between 2 and 10 business days. If you want the products faster, contact us and we will try to find solutions to send you the products in a timely manner.

CraXittude ships orders in Romania and internationally.

IN ROMANIA

Deliveries in Romania are made via DPD Courier or Sameday free of charge. The ordered products will be shipped to the address specified during the order completion process. The transit time of the package is a maximum of 1-3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

International deliveries are made via Fedex door to door service. The transit time of the package is a maximum of 4-6 days, and the shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

Observations:
Please check the integrity of the package packaging upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, request that a Report be drawn up by the courier company representative. If a damaged product is found inside the package, it can be returned together with the report. Sending the Report is mandatory for the exchange of the damaged product.

After completing the order, you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm / send the total amount / AWB / etc.
